What is Covered
Kahuna Outfitters hereby warrants that all products and components manufactured by Alumacart, Inc. and purchased from Kahuna Outfitters website or an authorized retailer shall be free from defects in material and workmanship for the entire lifetime of the original purchase. To avail of the lifetime guarantee, the original purchaser must present a valid proof of purchase and provide a detailed request for replacement or repair of the defective product or component.
What is Not Covered
It is expressly understood that this lifetime guarantee shall not cover damages or defects resulting from normal wear and tear, misuse, abuse, modification, neglect, or user-initiated damage, or loss of parts incurred during the operation or use of products. Additionally, the guarantee does not apply to any parts not manufactured by Alumacart, Inc., including tires.

Dispute Resolution
This lifetime guarantee is governed by the laws of the State of Florida, without regard to its conflicts of law provisions, and any dispute arising out of or in connection with this guarantee shall be resolved exclusively in the courts located in Martin County, Florida.
