Clevis attachment worked perfectly. Love it is light weight yet very strong for my lawn cart. Welding on it is very well done. Should last a long long time and since it is aluminum it will never rust.

Everything arrived on time very quickly as a matter fact. Parts look great but what would be nice are some installation instructions. Otherwise very happy.

I do landscaping and I go through wagons every six months, but this little Hercules wagon is bullet proof. I wish I would have bought this six regular wagons ago. The customer service was amazing also. I believe it was Jennifer that help me. She educated me on what i needed and was very helpful.

Love this thing! I opted to assemble without the perpendicular handle, and it works great. Lightweight, mobile, easy to put together and use. We use this for transporting landscape planting containers upwards of a few hundred pounds, and it's a cinch with 3 guys.

The cart is Awesome. The shipping was fast. The only reason for a 4 is because some parts were missing and I had to go to the hardware store to get the missing parts to assemble the cart.

I ordered the cart on-line. An hour or two later, I received a call from them asking if was OK to upgrade the wheels to a larger size at no cost because they were out of the standard size. I ordered two sets of the rod holders, which I was able to mount on the same side of the cart due to the higher clearance.
This is an outstanding product. In todays world where no one seems to have any pride in their work, these guys are a breath of fresh air.

These were replacements from my wagon because the stock factory exhaust on truck melted them when wagon was put in carrier that was bought for wagon they didn’t say anything about taking tires off because of the exhaust other than that satisfied with everything from y’all

Great communication and sturdily built product. There were some gouges in the aluminum but not the end of the world as it'll probably get scratched up with use anyways. However, for the price, it should be perfect. I did receive the wrong parts with the hitch but a quick phone call resolved the issue and the correct parts were sent the next day. The new parts were supposed to come with a shipping slip for the incorrect part to send it back but it wasn't there so I'll have to call again so I can send them back the wrong part.

Love the wagon, makes it so easy for my husband to carry all our beach goodies. Rated it a 4 because the pin to secure one of the wagons wheels broke. My husband was able to get plyers and fix it but would recommend a more durable pin.

Well I had bought it for my electric bike which sits lower than a normal bike I guess the attachment will work fine on my normal bike but it will not work on my electric bike I have a freind that may be able to help me fabricate it or bend it different or do something but it doesn't work for me.
