Each wall stands approximately 8.5 inches tall and is fabricated using durable 4″ x 1″ aluminum channels for the horizontal wall sections. The vertical uprights are constructed from 1″ square aluminum tubing and finished with 1″ square tube plugs for a clean, professional appearance.

The four corners are equipped with nut inserts and stainless-steel bolts, allowing the wall sections to be securely locked together while in use. This creates a strong perimeter around the wagon bed to help prevent cargo from shifting, sliding, or falling off during transport.

Fully Removable & Versatile

One of the biggest advantages of the Kahuna Aluminum Wagon Wall system is its flexibility. The walls are designed to be completely removable, allowing you to quickly configure your wagon based on the job at hand.

Each individual side can also be removed independently. Need one side open for easier loading and unloading? Simply remove that section while leaving the remaining walls securely in place. When you need a completely open wagon bed for oversized or bulky items, all four wall sections can be removed.

The walls slide easily into aluminum receivers included with the wall system. The receivers are bolted securely to the wagon bed using stainless-steel connecting hardware, creating a durable mounting system while maintaining the convenience of removable wall sections.
