The Sidekick Dock & Pier Wagon was designed for anglers who need a strong, dependable, and easy-to-maneuver wagon for hauling fishing gear across docks, piers, marinas, walkways, and other hard surfaces. Winner of the 2021 ICAST Best of Category Award for “Best Fishing Accessory,” the Sidekick combines commercial-grade construction with fishing-focused features that make transporting rods, tackle, coolers, chairs, and other equipment easier and more organized.

Built from commercial-grade welded aluminum with stainless-steel hardware, the Sidekick is lightweight, rust-free, and made to stand up to season after season of use. At only 40 lbs., it is easy to transport and handle while still offering an impressive 400 lb. load capacity.

Ten Built-In Aluminum Rod Holders

The Sidekick comes standard with an impressive TEN aluminum rod holders, giving serious anglers plenty of room to transport multiple fishing rods safely and conveniently.

Four rod holders are welded directly into the four inside corners of the wagon. An additional three angled rod holders are welded to each side of the wagon, providing six angled side holders in total.

The angled rod holder design is especially useful when traveling beneath covered walkways, docks, entryways, and other areas with limited overhead clearance. By positioning rods at an angle, the design helps reduce the risk of rods extending too high and being damaged while the wagon is being moved.

Each rod holder is made from 2″ round aluminum tubing, measures approximately 9 inches long, and includes a welded pin in the base.

The rod holders are also designed to accommodate compatible Kahuna accessories, including chair holders, cutting boards, tabletops, umbrellas, and more, allowing you to customize your wagon for the way you fish.

Heavy-Duty 20″ x 36″ Solid Aluminum Bed

The Sidekick features a durable 20″ x 36″ solid aluminum wagon bed with plenty of room for tackle boxes, coolers, bait buckets, fishing supplies, chairs, and other gear.

A 2″ perimeter lip helps keep cargo contained while the wagon is moving, while strategically placed corner drain holes allow water to drain freely from the bed.

The wagon deck sits approximately 12 inches from the ground and is supported by reinforced aluminum undercarriages for added strength and durability.

Because the bed and frame are constructed from aluminum, the Sidekick provides the strength needed for demanding use without the excessive weight or rust concerns associated with traditional steel wagons.

Four 10″ Pneumatic Tires

The Sidekick Dock & Pier Wagon comes standard with four 10″ 4-ply pneumatic tires with grease fittings, providing dependable performance across docks, piers, sidewalks, parking areas, walkways, marinas, and other firm surfaces.

For customers who prefer a low-maintenance tire option, flat-free tires are also available as an optional upgrade.

With an overall outside width of only 25 inches, the Sidekick can easily maneuver through standard gates, doors, entryways, and narrow walkways. Its compact width makes it especially convenient for crowded docks, fishing piers, marinas, and other areas where maneuverability matters.

Ergonomic 360-Degree Pull Handle

The Sidekick features an ergonomically designed aluminum pull handle with comfortable foam hand grips to make transporting heavy loads easier and more comfortable.

Its turning mechanism allows the handle to rotate a full 360 degrees, providing excellent maneuverability when navigating tight spaces and corners.

The base of the handle features a curved design that allows it to remain upright when not in use. This keeps the handle off the ground, helps reduce potential tripping hazards, and makes the wagon more convenient to park and store.

The rotating handle design also allows for more compact storage when the wagon is not being used.

Rust-Free Aluminum Construction

Fishing equipment is often exposed to moisture, saltwater, and harsh outdoor conditions. That is why the Sidekick is constructed from commercial-grade welded aluminum rather than traditional steel.
